Gate Swinging specialize in taking dance to servicemen in camps, centers, and USO -- San Leandro Naval Hospital and the Presidio. The Vallejo Folk Dancers offer a Suggestion Box - and some of the suggestions have been helpful! BFD has live music on Thursday nights - piano, guitar, and 2 violins.The Lodi Folk Dancers also work with USOs. Stanford Folk Dancers are starting a community sing-along with their folk dance sessions. Two new groups have formed in Tulare, and are learning dances in the Federation repertoire.
